emotional wellbeing. Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions, online convenience, time
outdoors, or a one-off deep dive — I’ll help you choose the support that works best for you.
In-Person Therapy
Therapy sessions are held in a quiet, private space based in the south side of Glasgow — a calm and welcoming environment designed to help you feel safe, heard, and comfortable.
Many people prefer face-to-face sessions because of the connection that can build in the room. Whether you are navigating anxiety, low mood, trauma, or life transitions, in-person therapy offers a grounding space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a confidential setting.

Online Therapy
Online therapy offers you the flexibility to access support from the comfort of your own space — especially helpful if you have a busy schedule, limited mobility, or simply prefer privacy at home.
I offer online counselling through platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp, or by phone — allowing you to choose the method that feels most accessible and comfortable for you.
Online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for many people and allows us to
build a strong therapeutic relationship, wherever you are in the UK.

Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk therapy takes the therapeutic experience outdoors — Fresh air and nature can lift your mood and boost energy, making therapy sessions feel more engaging.
Walking side-by-side in a less intense setting helps you relax, while physical activity releases feel-good endorphins and reduces stress. This movement also taps into the mind-body connection, helping unlock stuck thoughts and feelings.

Sessions take place in a quiet, accessible park in Glasgow and are tailored to your pace and
comfort level.

Single Session Therapy (SST)
Sometimes, one session is all you need. Single Session Therapy is a focused, solution-based approach designed to support you with a specific issue or challenge in a single 90-minute appointment.

What You Can Expect when working with me..

Session Length: 50 Mins

First session: Our first meeting may extend up to 60 minutes. This allows ample time for introductions, discussing confidentiality, reviewing the therapy agreement, and determining if we are a good fit to work together.

Therapeutic Foundation: Our work together is built on trust, empathy, understanding, and collaboration.

Reviews: We will regularly review how things are progressing, to ensure your therapy remains relevant to your goals and your happy with how things are going.​

Concluding Therapy:
As we approach the end of our work together, we may transition to less frequent sessions, such as fortnightly meetings. This phase supports you in applying the insights and strategies you've gained, fostering independence and sustained growth.
