Session Fee

Initial Consultation: Free 15-minute video or phone consultation

Standard (In Person/Online) 50-minute sessions are £70

Same-day or emergency appointments (under 24hrs notice) are £85 (Phone consultations are also available)
A limited number of reduced-fee spaces may be available for those experiencing financial hardship
Block Booking Discounts:

6 Sessions: £370 (saving £50)

10 Sessions: £600 (saving £100)

Block bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking

If you decide to discontinue therapy before all sessions are used, you can pause or reschedule your remaining sessions with notice. Sessions must be used within 6 months of your initial booking
Payment Policy
To secure your appointment, payment is required at the time of booking

Please note: If payment is not received at the time of booking, the appointment cannot be confirmed and may be offered to another client

This policy helps maintain a smooth scheduling process and allows me to offer timely support to all clients
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Please provide minimum 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or missed sessions without prior notice, will be charged at a full session rate
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our work together. Everything shared
in sessions is kept strictly confidential, with the following exceptions:

If there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others

If required by law or there is a legal obligation (e.g. court order)

​If you disclose information about certain criminal activities such as
terrorism or money laundering
These exceptions will be discussed in detail during our initial session
