About Me
Hi I'm Nazia, a warm welcome to you.
I’m a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist based in Glasgow, offering both in-person and online therapy to adults and young people across the UK.
My approach combines evidence-based therapies, always tailored to the individual. I believe therapy should reflect the uniqueness of each person, whether you're experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed. My role is to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Sessions with me are both compassionate and focused. I aim to create a space where you feel truly understood, while also making meaningful progress. I’m a results-oriented therapist, offering practical tools, gentle challenges, and supportive guidance all at a pace that works for you. Together, we’ll work toward creating lasting, positive change.

Confidentiality is more than just a policy, it’s a core value.
I approach every session with care, respect, and professionalism. When you share your world with me, I hold that trust with deep responsibility.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. While I support you in gaining clarity, healing, and personal insight, I also grow through each connection. Every story leaves a lasting impression, your journey has the power to teach, inspire, and shape me as a therapist.
As someone of South Asian heritage, I understand the cultural stigmas that can surround mental health. Having lived experience of both British and South Asian cultures, I provide a space that is culturally sensitive, inclusive, and free from judgment, especially around faith, identity, and family expectations.
To ensure therapy is accessible and comfortable, I offer sessions in English, Urdu, Punjabi, or Hindi, allowing you to express yourself in the language that feels most natural.
